The Heart of a Great Company
At the heart of our company is our service department. At no charge to the facilities, our service department coordinates our outside technicians, makes sure all problems are handled, and that customer satisfaction is surpassed. Inmates are a bit rough with the equipment (surprised?), but we take care of problems, if any arise, ASAP!
75% PROACTIVE
We are proud to say that our service department is 75% pro-active with our sites. Because our internal computers do a diagnostic check on all of our phones each and every night, we know 3-out-of-4 times before the facility knows that a problem exists. We do not rely on complaints from inmates to tell us we need to fix the phones. Our goal is for facilities to have an "out of site, out of mind" satisfaction with our service and equipment.
Contact Service 24-hours A Day
When your telephones are down that means two things we do not like to hear: 1) Complaints are coming to facility personnel from inmates 2) Your telephones are generating less revenue for you.
Therefore, you can call our service department via our 800 number or contact service via our web site...either way, we will be quick to respond.
Out of Site, Out of Mind
You have more important issues to face each and every day as a law enforcement official. Therefore, if our service department can keep the telephones off your mind and the only time you are thinking about them is when you decide what to do with your monthly commission, then we are doing our job right.
